Frequently asked questions.

What issues do you help with?

I work with school aged children, adolescents, and adults. I work with clients suffering with Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, ADHD, Pornography Addiction, as well as children who are having behavioral problems. I also work with those in marriages and families who are not communicating and living in a healthy way.

How can I find out if you can help?

You can contact me either through this website or contact me via phone and we can discuss your specific needs. If you call and leave a message I will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

How do I start services?

We will first discuss your case via telephone to make sure we are a good fit together. After this consultation, a first appointment is scheduled and you are sent intake documents to complete before the first intake appointment.

What does therapy look like?

Clients first attend an intake appointment where their social, mental health, behavioral, and medical history is reviewed, specific needs are defined, and a treatment plan is designed to address your needs. Each session will then address your treatment goals and objectives. Sessions consist of listening to your areas of concerns, teaching and learning practical clinical tools, and reviewing homework and tools from previous sessions.

What Insurances do you accept?

I currently accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, United Healthcare, and Aetna. I also accept direct pay for those who do not have insurance or choose not to use their insurance. I can also work with those with insurances not listed above who have out of network coverage. Lastly, I do offer sliding scale fees for those who based on financial need cannot otherwise pay the full rate.
